How do you work?
We work closely with our clients to clearly understand their challenges, strengths, and goals. We begin with a free 1/2 hour phone consultation followed by a thorough assessment which includes an interview, office tour, and questionnaires. We develop a custom program for each client based on the results. Every seminar, one-on-one, or coaching session is individualized to the client/company and the productivity goals they’ve expressed. Some relationships deal exclusively with the clutter in the office and the work flow and filing systems. Our transference of skills and teaching methods helps the “organization” remain in place. Other relationships are completely geared toward self-awareness of old habits, clarification of goals, and coaching through particular issues.

Do you actually do the work or do you tell me how to do it?
Both. As your organizing consultant, it is our job to help you solve your organizing challenges by identifying their cause and implementing solutions that you can maintain long term. Our goal is a transference of skill so that you can maintain your new environment and not be dependent on us.

Can you guarantee confidentiality?
Absolutely! We adhere strictly to the Code of Ethics for both Organizing and Coaching and provide you with a signed Confidentiality Agreement. Our clients feel free to confide in us their most personal information, knowing we’ll use it only to enhance their success.

How long does getting organized take?
The length of time involved depends on several factors. These include: your goals, your level of motivation, the scope of the project, the complexity of the project, and how quickly you can make decisions.

How long do you coach a client?
As long as the client still believes they are receiving value from the sessions. Some of our relationships last a short duration to accomplish a particular goal, others last much longer for continual success in personal and career challenges.

What do your services cost?
It varies, depending on the type of service, the package chosen, and the scope of the work. Our clients have found their initial investment more than pays for itself very quickly through increased productivity and efficiency gains. We can give you an estimate after talking with you to get a full understanding of the challenges you (or your office) are facing. A thorough assessment enables us to give you our best estimate.

How are your packages arranged?
Our packages are customized to your needs and are priced accordingly. All of our packages offer an initial phone consultation and an assessment which includes an interview, office tour, and questionnaires. At this point (for One-on-Ones and Coaching) an Action Plan is developed with the number of hours estimated to reach your goals. The Action Plan could recommend one visit or a series of visits. These visits/hours differ per package and include on-site Organizing/Coaching and Follow-Up Maintenance Visits/Phone Consults. Our speaking and workshop engagements are priced separately and may include follow up visits for key personnel.

How will I stay organized after Positively Organized has left?
We need a committment on your part to maintain the processes we’ve put into place. You must apply the new “habits” we customized for you in order to stay organized. Being organized is an ongoing process which gets easier and more automatic as the weeks progress. When we complete a One-on-One with you or your staff, you will have a firm understanding of what we are doing, why we are doing it that way, and how to continue doing it.
